Account Management
Limited Access
The following section does not apply to Pro-Se accounts, except for the Payment History page.
Most of the options in this section are only available for account administrators and managers. A manager is a user who can manage the account, but has no access to the applications.
To access Account Administration options, press the Settings button in the top application toolbar.
Account Information

- Update the law firm name.
- Update the account telephone numbers. The first number is required.
- Update the main office address.
- Add, edit, or delete additional addresses. When you delete an address that is used by attorneys, you will be asked to assign the attorneys to another address.
Accounts with a main address outside Colorado can enable the Additional Colorado Functionality option, to use the Colorado-specific applications.
Subscriptions and Payments
- Review your existing subscriptions, and the account limits that come with them (number of users and number of groups).
- Buy or renew a subscription.
- Manage Auto-Pay: review the renewal product, date, and amount, update the stored payment method, select the billing contact, or cancel Auto-Pay.
- Review your payments and credits.
Account Users
- Review, modify, and remove account users. The list shows each user's type, groups, and last login, and can be filtered.
- Invite new users to your account. You can assign the user type and groups when sending the invitation.
- Manage pending invitations: resend or withdraw an invitation.
- Change a user's type. There are three user types:
- Administrator: full access to the applications and to account administration.
- Standard User: access to the applications only.
- Manager: access to account administration only, with no access to the applications. Managers do not count against the account's user limit.
Account Groups
Groups control file access within the account. A file can be shared with all account members, with the members of the owner's group, or kept private to the owner.
Add, edit, or delete groups, and assign users to them. The number of groups is limited by your subscription. A group that is in use cannot be deleted.
Transfer Files Between Accounts
Set up a connection to another Math4Law account to transfer files to it. Enter the email address of an administrator of the other account; the connection becomes active once the other account confirms it.
Once a connection is active, administrators can transfer a file from the file list using the Transfer button on the file row. Transferring a file moves it to the other account. This action cannot be undone from your account.
Attorneys and LLPs

Review, add, modify, and remove attorneys and licensed legal paraprofessionals (LLPs). Each record includes the type (Attorney or LLP), registration number, phone, email, the assigned office address, and whether to include the law firm name on printed documents.
