Create New Account

Create a user login to get started with Math4Law. Most new user accounts fall into one of the following categories:

1. You are a member of a law firm or similar entity, and you want to create a new account for your law firm.
2. You are a member of a law firm or similar entity, your law firm already has a Math4Law account, and you wish to join this account.
3. You are representing yourself (pro-se) and want to create an account for your own case.
4. You are a member of a court, an agency, or a financial advisory, and want to create an account for your organization.
5. You are a client of a law firm, and your attorney shared a Sworn Financial Statement with you, to enter your financial data.

CAPTCHA Security

Math4Law employs a security mechanism called CAPTCHA. This mechanism attempts to distinguish between a human and a bot. If the CAPTCHA engine cannot confirm you are a human, you will not be able to register. This could happen if your browser security settings are too strict. If you fail to register, try the following: refresh the page, use a different browser, exit private (incognito) browsing, disable VPN or ad-blocking software, or try a different network.

New User Login - No Invitation

Existing Account?

If your law firm or organization already has a Math4Law account, do not use this option. Wait for your account administrator to invite you, and then follow the steps in the next section.

Use this option if you are creating a new Math4Law account for your law firm or similar entity. For all other cases, use an invitation link to register.

To create a new login, enter your name, a valid email address, a password (twice), and press Register. The system will validate your information and send you a confirmation email. Click the link in the email to validate your email address.

After validating your email address, the system will present you with the Math4Law Account Setup page. See the next section for details.

Account Setup Options

The Math4Law Account Setup page presents the following options:

• Join an Existing Account: for members of a law firm (or other legal entity) with an existing Math4Law account. An account administrator has to invite you. Contact your administrator, and register using the link in the invitation email.
• Create New Account - Law Firm: create a new Math4Law account for your firm.
• Create New Account - Pro Se: for individuals representing themselves.
• Create New Account - Other Legal Entities: for courts, agencies, and financial advisors.
• Client Portal Access: for clients entering data for their law firm. Your law firm has to invite you. Check your email for an invitation from Math4Law, or ask the law firm to send one.

New User Login - With Invitation

If you were invited to Math4Law by another user, whether you are a member of the law firm or a client. You only need to enter your password (twice). Your name and email address are pre-populated. Press Register to continue. The system will validate your information and redirect you to the application.

Create New Law Firm Account

After you validate your email address, the system will present you with multiple options. Select the new law firm account option if you are creating an account for a law firm or similar entity, and your law firm does not have an existing account.

Enter the official law firm name. It will appear on all printed documents. You can change the name later from the account settings page.

Enter the main office address and at least one telephone number. If your law firm has multiple locations, you will be able to add the other addresses after you create the account.

If the main address is outside Colorado, you can enable the Additional Colorado Functionality option, to use the Colorado-specific applications.

Before the account is created, you will be asked to confirm that the entered name is your official business entity name, and to accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Colorado law firms can request a free one-month trial to all applications during registration. Trial requests are reviewed and approved manually, typically within one business day.

If you register with an email address from a public email provider (such as gmail.com), you will be asked to provide additional information to verify your law firm, such as the firm's website or attorney registration numbers.

Create New Pro-Se Account

After you validate your email address, the system will present you with multiple options. Select the new pro-se account option, enter your home address, and at least one phone number. This information will appear on all printed forms.

Before the account is created, you will be asked to accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, to acknowledge that pro-se accounts are not eligible for a free trial or the money-back guarantee, and to acknowledge that Math4Law does not provide legal advice and the account is for personal use only.
