Print Statement
This page provides options to generate the Sworn Financial Statement, as well as a Certificate of Compliance.

The application creates a well-formatted PDF for the selected document. Active subscribers can also choose the following options:
- Use the Print Preview option to adjust the printed document. For example, increase or decrease margins.
- Email a PDF version to your inbox or to any recipient.
The page menu also provides a Create Empty PDF option, to generate a blank JDF 1111 form that can be completed by hand.
When the file is prepared for both parties, choose the party whose statement to print. The documents, including the blank form, are generated for that party as the affiant, with the shared assets and debts. The Property Division is generated once for the whole file.
Document Settings
You can customize the printed documents by adjusting the following settings:
- Adjust parties and case information, including which party the statement is prepared for. A file prepared for both parties keeps that choice. For single-pay files, the party names, case number, case type, and court cannot be changed; the division and courtroom stay editable.
- Adjust Representation details and assigned attorneys.
- Mark a Sworn Financial Statement as changed.
- Set the verification fields.
- Enter the Certificate of Service details.
- Select the Certificate of Compliance options. Use the Select All and Deselect All buttons, add a comment for each disclosure item, and set the non-disclosure options.
- Add free-text comments in the Text Fields section. These are printed after the Income and Expenses summary, before the signature block.
- Customize the title fields. With an active subscription, you can also customize the court caption fields.
Print Options
The Print Options section provides layout options for the printed Sworn Financial Statement:
- Show the party code checkboxes (P, C/R, J) instead of the asset and debt owner names.
- Print the Summary section right after the Unsecured Debts section, without a page break.
- Combine the first seven income categories into a single Gross Monthly Income category, following the official form's layout.
- Print the asset sections F (Stocks), G (Pension), H (Miscellaneous), and I (Separate) on a separate JDF-1111SS form, following the official form's layout.
- Print child assets in the sections of their asset types, instead of a separate Children's Assets block.
- Print the official form's instructions for the Unsecured Debts and Assets sections.
Press Remember Options to save the current options as your default.
You can also choose the title of the asset owner column: Owner or How Titled.
